I had a truly exceptional stay at Olive Street House in Coimbra. The room was perfect - clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The location couldn't have been better, as it was centrally located and I didn't have to use any transportation to explore the city. The welcoming and friendly host made my stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the central location, with attractions and the train station just a short walk away. Another advantage was the safety of the area, allowing me to feel secure during my stay.
The lack of a heater and dysfunctional air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night. It would have been helpful to have these amenities, especially during the colder months.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming guest house in a prime location. The owner was incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. The train station and great restaurants were just a short walk away. The guest house was clean and comfortable, and the owner provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. Despite the thin walls, I still had a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this lovely place for a fantastic stay in Coimbra.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean and cozy rooms. The shared bathrooms were always spotless, and we never had to wait. Maria, the owner, was incredibly helpful and even let us use her computer and printer in a pinch. The location, just behind the Astoria, was perfect, especially for those with heavy luggage who want to avoid walking on cobblestone streets. The kitchen and fridge were great for storing food from the local minimart.
Felt like family, couldn't find a single thing to complain about!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests. The location was excellent, being close to the train station and centrally located in the city. It was very convenient to have a well-equipped kitchen at our disposal, allowing us to cook our meals easily.
There was a bit of an odd smell in the bathroom, which was a little off-putting. the hotel was a bit noisy at night due to nearby restaurants with loud music and the main square.
